I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified EMDR Therapist. I  moved to San Diego, California with my family in 2020 - but I lived in Indiana my entire life and earned my Masters Degree in Social Work from Indiana University. I earned my Bachelors Degree from Purdue University.

I started my career at a community mental health center in the school based program where I worked with families, children and adolescents. I also worked on an inpatient psychiatric unit with adults who suffered from chronic mental illness.

I am a Certified EMDR therapist which is an evidence based trauma psychotherapy with outstanding results. I primarily see adults and in my practice. My work is usually centered around trauma, but many times clients may not realize this is where the issues arise. 

I am also a Certified Triathlon and Running Coach which means I also have a passion for health and overall wellness.

Outside of work, I am a mom of two girls, an IRONMAN triathlete and an animal lover. You will often see a dog on my screen during our sessions.
