With more than a decade of experience as an EMDR Certified Therapist, I specialize in complex trauma. Additionally, I have over two decades of experience as an endurance athlete and coach, and I incorporate the mind-body connection into my treatment to provide a comprehensive approach to mental health.

I am licensed in both California and Indiana, and provide tele-therapy to clients who reside in both states.

I accept Optum/UHC, Aetna, Kaiser, and Cigna health plans. I can also provide out of network super-bills upon request.
